All club members are formally invited to attend the Club AGM which will be held at Goring Social Club on Wednesday 28th November starting at 7-45pm. Members will be sent a detailed agenda later this month, but the key purpose of the meeting will be to review Club activities and finances over the last year, consider any proposals (including proposals to submit a planning application on the site in Lower Basildon, and to raise annual subscriptions to £60), and to elect a new Committee for the coming year. If there is anything specific that you would like to have included in the AGM agenda, or if you wish to make your own proposal regarding the activities and rules of the Club, please can you contact the Club Secretary at secretary@goringgapbc.org.uk by 14th November.
